| Executive Fiduciary Services, Inc. acts as professional fiduciaries for incapacitated people and others that require the services of a trusted professional. We act in our clients' behalf as conservators, guardians, personal representatives and trust administrators.
A professional fiduciary is hired to protect the client and work in the client's best interest. Fiduciaries are held responsible by law for their actions and can be fined or imprisoned for violating their trust. Often, a fiduciary is appointed by the courts when a person is in need of a Guardian and/or Conservator. Our goal is to educate people that the elderly and incapacitated people are being targeted for financial abuse. We are proactive in providing our services to families to prevent fraud and financial abuse of the elderly, before they are victimized. In 2003, there were 500,000 reported cases of elder financial abuse. Unfortunately, 80% of these cases involved family members or friends. We also work with families dealing with estate or trust assets to prevent problems resulting from complicated legal issues involved in these situations.
